-
I was the Senior Product Strategist for the development of a digital onboarding experience for the international patients at a large cancer research hospital.
Within a 3 month time-frame, I worked with hospital leadership and a team of designers, content strategists and web developers to bring a multi-lingual, CMS-backed, MVP digital experience to life.
-
I managed a Product Core Team consisting of:
Content Strategists
UX Designers
UX Researchers
Web Developers (Bulgaria-based) -
As the Product Manager:
1. I worked with Hospital Leadership to develop a scope hypothesis for an MVP international patient experience including: Highest priority languages, Foundational UX, V1 technology integrations and embedded user metrics.
2. I managed and facilitated all the agile ceremonies for the core product team including daily standup, backlog grooming, design and development critiques, and sprint kickoffs and retrospectives.
3. I was responsible for continuous improvement over time, as well as the build-test-refine cycle within product development. This included running both remote and guided usability tests and prioritizing user feedback to implement for the MVP experience.
4. I analyzed the hospital’s technology and service landscape and proposed a 1-3 year roadmap for future internationalization features within their ecosystem.
